Alhaji Mustapha Garba joined the service in 1991, went to Gamboru 1 Primary School, Government College Maiduguri, Ramat Polytechnic and University of Maiduguri where he obtained BSc in Accounting, born in Maiduguri in 30th October 1971 and from Kukawa Local Government. A Member of Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN). He also obtained a preliminary & Final Inspectors of Taxes course from Joint Tax Board (JTB) and TIN training course in Montreal.
